Key ingredients we have used are -
• Ceramide complex – Consists of ceramides, cholesterol, free fatty acids and phytosphingosine. Identical to lipids found in the skin, help skin retain moisture, fortify its protective barrier, and keep its appearance firm and plump due to ceramides’ unique ability to rejuvenate skin’s appearance.
• Evening Primrose Oil is known to reduce the symptoms of dryness, and offers emollient properties, meaning it helps soften and smooth the skin, improving the skin’s overall texture. Due to its high content of linoleic acid, it reinforces the skin’s protective barrier to resist the visible signs of aging.
• Niacinamide - helps fortify the skin’s surface against moisture loss and dehydration by boosting its natural production of skin-strengthening ceramides.
Scientific evidence: •Study published in Dermatologic Therapy journal (Suparuj Lueangarun MD, 2019) found that the ceramide-treated side was superior for skin hydration, trans-epidermal water loss, skin pH, and wrinkles compared to the untreated side.
